Situated at a short distance from the historic city centre, the Campo di Marte / Coverciano district, below the hills of Fiesole and Settignano, is easy to find.Adjacent to the city centre, San Salvi is a quiet area. The shops and little morning markets are mainly visited by Florentines.
A few steps away you can find coffee bars, restaurants, gelateria (ice-cream parlour), cinemas, fitness-clubs, the public swimming pool, the football (soccer) stadium, various sports clubs (athletic, rugby, baseball etc.), a small park with children play ground and more. In a twenty minutes stroll along Via Gioberti with its beautiful shops, across Piazza Beccaria, you reach the city centre in Santa Croce. This antique part of the city is very characteristic for its artisan workshops and markets

How to find us:
- Highway (Autostrada) A1, arriving from North: continue to follow for ROMA (even if you see signs Firenze) and leave the highway only at "FIRENZE SUD", go straight until the traffic light at the end of the ramp, then turn left, following "CENTRO" and only now follow the Signs "FIESOLE", cross the bridge over the railway and turn right on the first traffic light into Via Tito Speri. Now you can already see the church of San Salvi. We are in the Piazza, just in front of the church, on the right side, the first entrance after the bar.
- Highway (Autostrada) A1, arriving from South: simply leave the highway at "FIRENZE SUD" and follow above indications.
- Highway (Autostrada) A11, arriving from West: before arriving at Florence, follow the signs for Highway A1 in direction ROMA, take Exit "FIRENZE SUD" and follow above indications.
- Superstrada (FI-PI-LI): arriving from West: before arriving at Florence, follow the sings for Highway A1 in direction ROMA, take Exit "FIRENZE SUD" and follow above indications.
- Superstrada (Siena-Firenze): arriving from Siena: at the end of the Superstrada follow signs for Highway A1 in direction ROMA, take Exit "FIRENZE SUD" and follow above indications.

- Airport Florence-Peretola: take a taxi (20-30min.), rate Euro 20 - 25.
- Airport Pisa: either take the direct train from the Airport to Florence S.M.N. main station and then take a taxi, or take a taxi from Pisa-Airport (1h15min), rate Euro 120 - 140.
- Florence S.M.N. Central Station, take a taxi (10-15min.), rate Euro 10-15.
- Florence Campo di Marte Station, take a taxi (5-10min.), rate Euro 8 - 10., walking time 15 minutes.
- City Center: Bus no. 6 near Cathedral in Via Martelli and Piazza San Marco or Bus no. 20 which is no. 67 from 21.00h (night line) from Piazza Indipendenza (near Fortezza da Basso) and Piazza San Marco. Time 10 - 15 minutes to bus stop "Lungo l'Affrico".
